I have chosen to begin with Aura’s and Chakra’s as some of the Visualisations refer to specific energy points in the body. This way there is no confusion and we’re all on the same page, so to say. I have also learnt that many people are unaware of our energy field, and I invite you to get to know yours, and if you are not finding answers among my pages please feel free to email me, or Google what you’re looking for… there is a wealth of information out there!

It is with great worry and frustration as I look out at the world I'm living in and find myself surrounded by so many people in turmoil. People who are living blindly and putting their dreams and best interests aside. I get that as humans we have to work to earn a living; we need to give of ourselves to raise children to secure our future here on Planet Earth. Though at what cost? Happiness? Health? Peace and Joy and Fun..?

It doesn't cost money to "live well". You don't require objects and clothes and fancy houses to live an honest and happy life. Agreed that money tends to make the word an easier place to get by in, but where to from there? Where to then when you have the fast car, grand house, kids, dogs, clothes, parties and trust funds? There has to be more to all of this than just working to live.

Imagine what the world would be like if each of us took on the responsibility of Living our Best Life! In doing so we would ensure that we do what we love, what we are good at. We would give freely and receive richly. We would learn to really respect ourselves and we would learn to love ourselves again! And in so doing we would then love those around us, and they would love us back. We would do no harm and speak words of truth. We would laugh more and enjoy what nature provides us instead of turning forests into cities. We would LOVE LIFE!

In an ideal world...

Snap back to reality and we are in the year 2010. 

Where to from here..?

I invite you to wake up. 

I invite you to Live the Life of Your Dreams (not your husbands, parents or someone else’s dream - YOUR DREAM!!!).

I invite you to get up every day and say:
"Oh what a beautiful morning!
Oh what a beautiful day!
I've got a beautiful feeling...
Everything's going my way!!!"
